With the numbers you need to decide how far to trust it.
1)Every item you send comes back as one record: the answer, how many people saw it, and how many of them agreed.
2)Each record also carries the known-answer accuracy of the people who labelled it, so you can set your own quality bar and filter on it.
3)Records never contain a Discord user, server or username. There is nothing to strip, because it was never stored.
4)Batches arrive as JSONL or CSV, with a datasheet that explains how the data was collected and who the labellers are.
